Easy Quiche

This is a recipe from a friend at work, I'm posting it for my sister who is living away at university at the moment and is gathering recipes for their dinners at her flat. I've made it a few times and always turns out great.
5 eggs 2 cups of milk 2 Tablespoons of oil salt and pepper
Place all of the above in a bowl. Beat lightly with a fork until mixed then add
1 cup of plain flour 2 cups grated cheese 1 teaspoon garlic salt (I dont usually add this) small finely chopped onion one bag of frozen spinach (or chopped fresh silverbeet if you have it etc) any other fillings you want ie chopped ham steaks, sausages, salmon, other veges.. if adding tomatoes remember to remove the watery seed part, it only adds moisture..
Pour everything into an greased ovenproof dish. Bake at 180C for 40 mins or until set, ie doesnt wobble too much in the middle (the recipe says 30mins, but mine always took about an hour, depends on the dish I think)
